NEW 2022 Apple TV 4K Unboxing & Setup

To be honest, I have been extremely happy with my existing Apple TV's that I didn't feel the need to upgrade, however I did want to see how the new body, processor and apparent efficiency makes a difference. I will have more with my full review coming soon!!

I got mine a few days ago. I have a Sony smart TV that has the Apple TV App and to be honest I can't tell if there are any advantages to the Apple TV 4K box. Also that remote has a lot of real estate on the bottom end that they could have added more buttons in my opinion. I don't really like the minimalist design to be quite honest. One thing I would like to see Apple do with the next gen remote is replace the analog buttons with all digital and a touch screen face with a small display at the bottom. That would be awesome.

I'm still using the OG Apple TV 4K and I decided to preorder the 128GB version. It finally shipped and should be here by Friday. The OG Apple TV 4K will be recycled because I'm giving it to a family member. It still works great. I cannot wait until this bad boy gets here.

Hey! I have lost the original control and I would like to know if the new sire remote you have works but my apple tv 4k 4 generation from 2015 which I have had since it came out. do you think I should change as an original control costs SEK 1600 and a new apple tv costs around SEK 1400?

Good for you. ethernet is the only way to fly. I have an older VIZIO TV and only has 2.4 Gig WiFi and the ethernet is only 100mg bit. SO, having Apple TV connected to my Vizio with 1 Gig ethernet cable from my router only makes sense. I will get the faster speed available over cable than with WiFi. I don't plan to upgrade the TV, well, not yeat at least. Since I am now a total Apple guy, using my iPhone as my remote makes perfect since to me.
