the real hard part is measuring the stairs curvature and fabricating the curved flass to match.. then adding wood to this doesnt seem like a good idea because wood will react to humidity over time and could crack the glass panels IMHO 😊

It might look good now, but have you thought about wood when it dries and gets "checked" and twisted, sitting on top of a piece of stiff glass? not very pretty!
