This is a good start. 110 looked legit, as well as the 103. Your swing plane and path on the 110 swing looked perfect and with less effort.

The rope drill is what you need to fit into your warmup. Also, go through all the stages 1, 2 & 3. Pick one of the stages as your pre shot routine. I like stage 3 for one practice swing myself. I use an 8lb kettlebell that works fantastic. I am getting the ground up forces more each day with this drill. Any weighted object works. I also use a 15lb medicine ball. Shot 77 at St.Andrew’s(SIM) beating everyone at my facility. So pleased with the results. I think you will find it will add 20-30 yards more consistently. Looks good. I like the tempo of your regular swing as well. Make sure you keep the arms right out of the downswing, keep hands at the top longer. It took me a while and I still don’t get it all the time but when you get it you will feel like your arms aren’t even attached lol.
