I feel like Jacky and Barley need some love after RT and Willow come out, they feel completely outclassed right now. Like RT is Jacky with range, damage increase, and a teleport mechanic, and Willow is Barley but deals all her attack damage if the enemy is hit once by her attack, plus she has a much better counter to brawlers that get up in her face

idk why i feel like, that just as the eve spawning baby with each hit was nerfed drastically to spawning baby after a particular time, similarly his marking ability will be nerfed in the similar manner. Also just like fangs shield was reduced, i am damn sure his shield will be nerfed so that it doesn't stack on legs.

a great idea to balance RT is making the mark only appear once every 4-5 seconds like byron’s piercing attack
