Can I copy over all Vanilla DLC Packs from "Update - x64 - dlc packs" to the Mod folders "dlc pack" ?

i'm using epic game version of GTA V, but my patchdayblabla folder is located on mods > update > update.rpf not in update > x64 > dlcpack folders. is that still correct directory to place my vehicle mods?
