In this video, I demonstrate a practical and visually rich implementation of a custom Oracle APEX Classic Report enhanced with drag-and-drop functionality to allow users to reorder columns, hide/show columns dynamically, and export the report to PDF using jsPDF and AutoTable—all without relying on third-party plugins.
The data is fetched from a RESTful GET handler (ORDS), and the UI is built using native JavaScript, SortableJS, and custom styling. This solution enhances the usability and flexibility of Oracle APEX reports for real-world enterprise use cases.
