Here's the recipe guys.
Ingredients
▢2¼ cups all-purpose flour (270g)
▢½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder (50g)
▢¼ cup granulated sugar (50g)
▢2½ teaspoons baking powder
▢¼ teaspoon salt
▢½ cup cold unsalted butter cubed (113g)
▢⅓ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (60g)
▢1 cup heavy whipping cream divided (240ml)
For the Chocolate Glaze:
▢1 cup powdered sugar (120g)
▢2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
▢2 tablespoons whole milk
▢½ teaspoon vanilla extract

OMG, I immediately gave this a preemptive thumbs up bc I knew it was gonna be great! Thanks for always sharing your delicious creations with us! I LOVE scones of any kind. I have to be gluten-free; I use the King Arthur brand GF baking products which I find are the best. Is there any advice you can lend w/this one, or with modifying standard recipes in general to ‘compensate’ for the lack of gluten? Any tidbits you can share w this issue in *any* of your recipes would be *hugely* appreciated!!!
