Thank you for the video. How would you define a sprint goal when you have a diverse backlog for a sprint? Example, there are some enhancements, few stories and bugs. Here stories and enhancents are completely from different module of application. How do you decide sprint goal in this case? Can you have multiple goals for a sprint?

What about infrastructure teams... like a network team that supports switches in data centers, gear in remote offices, etc. so you may have 3-5 very different areas you support and engineer solutions on a single scrum team. How do you have a single sprint goal? Or could you have more than 1 goal to represent those distinct areas?

Hi Daria. Thanks for the explanation!
Regarding the product backlog, can that evolve over time and can the PO change it?
This is what I found in the guide:"The Product Goal is the long-term objective for the Scrum Team. They must fulfill (or abandon) one objective before taking on the next."

Hi Daria, I would like to ask if we just initiate the product what is the goal to achieve? Currently, our team defines the goal is explore the customer journey for this sprint. The value behind it is understanding the customer issue/problem, provide the ideas/solutions that could help the customer. What do you think about this goal?
