Recipe:
250 grams dark chocolate
100 grams Kadayif
30 grams butter
125 grams pistachio cream
1 teaspoon tahini
Roughly chop 150 grams of chocolate and melt slowly in a bain-marie until it is liquid. Pour the chocolate into the silicone mold, smooth out and refrigerate. Freeze for about 45 minutes. In the meantime, cut the kadayif into 1 cm long pieces and fry in butter until golden brown. Remove the pan from the heat, stir in the pistachio cream and tahini. Leave to cool briefly and then spread over the hardened chocolate layer and chill. Melt the remaining chocolate and spread evenly over the pistachio filling. Freezing time: 45 minutes
