I thought I was fit, until coach Greg put himself in the fit category instead of super fit. I'm going to go ahead and bow out and shamefully return back to moderately fit now.

I work 10 hours a day lifting lumber, I lift weights for a hour 5 days a week and do 30 minutes of cardio everyday. My wife asks how do you eat so much without getting fat

Always underestimate how many calories you burn and overestimate how many calories you eat.

I would love to see a video just like this for people with different jobs rather than exercise levels. Specifically manual labor jobs.

During lockdown I definitely fell into the unfit category, but moderately active now. Thanks coach Greg for the videos, they helped me get out of that funk.

Nailed it! When I was out of shape at almost 270 pounds…only burnt about 2000 calories per day. Now 195 pounds and doing cardio daily and lifting weights 4-5 times per week…maintenance calories are about 3200-3300. What a difference! Also feel 100 times better!!!!

I know this is an older video but it came up for me today.
I have been working on getting back in shape. I started with walking. I started struggling for a half of a mile. After about a month I can do 2 miles and just started incorporating jogging. I'm down 20 pounds since April and excited to keep going

in the past 2 years, I went from couch pudaydough to SUPERFIT.... no seriously. I do 2 + hours of cardio a day. Running and walking combined 10+ at the LEAST.

Becoming a competitive runner. Crazy because 2 years ago just turned 40 and over 300 pounds to doing this now :)

Recently got into bike riding, went from couch potato taking breaks every 20 mins to 2 and a half hour bike rides with only short water stops. Feels amazing to slowly get into shape, take on challenges like riding up hills and whatnot. Thanks for being such a good influence coach Greg!

I’m doing 20 cardio hours a week working in a car parts warehouse. Walking up to 20km a day carrying anything from side mirrors to moving engine blocks.
