18% Spike in Cybersquatting: Domain Dispute Digest (Q3 2023)

The number of domain names in decisions under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) increased by more than 18 percent in the third quarter of 2023, according to data from GigaLaw's Domain Dispute Digest. In this video, Doug Isenberg provides an overview of the Digest, which includes numerous charts about cybersquatting cases under the UDRP and the Uniform Rapid Suspension System (URS), as well as a new, three-page glossary of terms about domain name disputes.
