These lessons are so potent. Evenflow blew my mind and now Praxis. I know I'm naturally lit up by something when I'm constantly pausing and rewinding, taking notes and taking a big break from any further inputs to digest. This is series is pure gold.

In my day to day for a longtime I have emphasised circumventing or budgeting willpower, focusing it & "spending" the bulk of it on what actually matters to me. This strategy has worked incredibly well and now with this concept of Praxis I see a new layer...where I can actually tap into an even deeper well of willpower and clean energy by systematically identifying and shifting my core limiting beliefs.
What is mind blowing here is the idea around getting them to work for you, slightly modifying them rather than completely replacing them with something new and foreign to the subconscious. So kind of like remixing a song instead of writing a new one from scratch. Always easier to edit rather than starting from a blank piece of paper. Wow.

After listening to this, I can see how a lot of thoughts that I’ve kept to myself have a root in my sub-conscious, which has bled into my conscious, and has subsequently held me back from achieving a lot of goals in my life. Those goals mainly have to do with finding happiness with who I am, rather than money or success. I realized a long time ago how much adoption fucked me up from the very start.,
