They should have signed him from Manchester City 3 sesaons ago. However,
his wages then would have been a big stumbling block. Raheem was enticed by money to sign for Chelsea, and there he simply screwed his career up. I am sure this is a chance for him to redeem himself. From the Arsenal perspective, they need reinforcement upfront. They are short in depth. With Merino and Jesus unavailable, Mikel is forced to put their academy youngsters on the bench to make up the numbers.

Sterling is better than Martinelli all day. A striker would have been a great addition, but we can do it without one. There're goals everywhere. I see Havertz with at least 20 goals if he stays fit all season.

Eddie literally scored a hat trick last season. He did an amazing job when Jesus was out injured, and arguably did a better job than him that season when you compare with the games Jesus was able to play. Grateful for him, and I wish him luck!

Years of Premier League experience at the top, being part of the Liverpool squad that nearly won the title a decade ago, and Guardiola's title winning squads
Him and Trossard are capable of playing on both wings and even up front The flexibility that this provides in both team selection and on the pitch is insane.

Allows Arsenal to maintain their pursuit of Isak as their primary forward next season too.
