Start by taking 1 chicken breast and slicing it in the middle, then flatten the fillet using a meat tenderiser 2. Add salt and pepper to the fillet 3. Add the butter, minced garlic, lemon and parsley in a bowl and mix well then add salt and pepper 4. Shape the mixture into a cylinder shape and refrigerate for 1 hour 5. Take a very thin slice of chicken and add one piece of butter mixture to it then roll it 6. Place the piece of chicken into another slice and roll it well making sure that all the sides are sealed to prevent butter leaking 7. Place in the freezer for at least 30 minutes 8. Prepare 3 plates with flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs, then take the chicken and dip it in the flour and coat well 9. Place the chicken in the egg mixture and coat it from all the sides 10. Place it in the breadcrumbs and coat well 11. Fry it in a deep pot using neutral oil 12. Serve it with mashed or fried potatoes Enjoy 💙💛 @vallege
