Shi Dicision hai .. Hindu Bhai hi kyu Maintance de sbko dena chaiye .. or wese bhi ye law add on kiya hai islamic law se kuch htaya nhi hai .. agr divorce ke baad women ko lgega to wo maintance k liye court ja skti hai ..nhi chaiye to nhi jayegi..simple. But...ek negative point ye hai jo ki sbke liye hai chahe wo hindu ho ya muslim ..After divorce women can ask for maintance/Alimony pr wo wapas kisi se shadi na krke affair ya relationme rhegi or wo alimoney bhi leti rhegi ye mujhe personally right nhi lgta ..or isi ka hum reverse gender krde to vo wese bhi un-constituinol ho jayega at the end no right for men
