26 is more aggressive, faster, accelerates faster, maneuverable and lighter...Bigger the wheel the more tractor feel and I don't like that not to mention the extra weight and increased inertia jeez

When i rode a 27.5 bike first time on trail i felt much smoother than 26, it felt as light as a 26 wheel, but when i was climbing i struggled a lot .
And when i first rode a 29er road bike it felt uncontrollable and dangerous.
But i will prefer 29er bike for both trail and road riding because its fast, smooth and better at stopping .

Had a 26 inch bike for over 10 years, recently bought a 29 and am not very happy feels like a huge wagon wheel. Just got a chance to ride a 27.5 now I'm trading mine in for a 27.5. Lol

I use a Diverge with 700c and can still do technicals no problem and can ride pretty rough terrain that borders requiring a mountain bike (ruts, rocks, woods, mild descents). I don’t recommend it but I did ride a 26” nearly my entire life and rode freestyle BMX so I have some experience. I probably wouldn’t go full 29” unless I got back into DH because I prefer thinner tyres and no suspension. I’m considering getting a full suspension again but not to many places for me to need all that. I’ve learned allot over the years but not everyone has the opportunity to really get a feel unless they actually hit the dirt and have rode a variety of bikes. It really is about personal preference and comfort. Specialized really came through with their women’s line of bikes that are sturdy as men’s bikes yet super comfortable and fit is excellent ❤️ I almost got a Trek 1120 but I’m so happy I picked my Diverge. If Specialized ever did come out with a Trek 1120 style bike I would definitely buy it! Non suspension fat tyre with inter-grated racks, triple bolt pannier front fork, Future Shock, 1x12, and a GoPro/Garmin mount built into the stem, dropper seat post for under $3500 ❤️ let’s see what the engineers be put to the test designing it. 💋

Why not a 26? Not everyone is going to feel comfortable on a 650B or 29.
You can lose a sale when you leave the shorter people out of the equation.
Remember, shorter people can include younger people. Future sales. go figure.

for me will the 650b be the wheel size that is the better one between 650b and 29". I personally ride a bike with 26 (bought 2010) and i really like the lightness and responsiveness that you get from the 26 and i feel like i am slow and sluggish on a 29 since i am really light and find it too hard to accelerate.

I am 6'1", I do ride a 29 but I honestly believe that the 650 is probably the best of both worlds. I am all legs and the 26 is just not for me even though I rode them in the past. Jmo. peace!

🤔still can't decide, I commute to work, some of the conditions are on the road and on light terrain on the canal, but i do like to hit the trails on weekends, so not sure on the 27.5 or 29er😅🤔

If you're scare to go big. Get a 26 one. But not days bikes have bigger wheels. 27. would be the ideal for rides.

I'm short 5'1 i do weight 233.0 pounds I'm trying to by a new bike to be part of my workouts . Haven't had one in so long, I would so go for that 29 but wouldn't it make the bike to high for me since I'm short don't want to bust my butt lol ?? what hight of bike I should buy, I know I so want the 29 for the wheels but as for the bike it self? ?
