EXACTLY How to E TUNE your G35 / 350z *DETAILED STEP BY STEP 2020

I am currently e tuning my 2004 G35 coupe, but it is taking quite a while to tune over at RZG Motorsports. With that being said I thought I would take this time to make an informative video on exactly how to email tune your G35 or 350z for those who are interested and how much it costs. I know this video is old but why do they charge so much? I just got a g35 so I’m just now figuring it out but for a bolt on car there should be standard maps that they already have only so many different variables once they recoup their initial timing time per variable which more likely than not they already got paid to physically tine someone else’s car
And they save the maps. If anyone does see this and knows please reply. Also I’m kind of confused about his terminology about the cable needing a license. I believe the license is per software installation and ecu not the cable. You should be able to pass the cable around to anyone and they can get a license for their laptop and ecu. At least that’s my understanding as a software and hardware engineer in the world of electronics

Might be dumb question. But, are coil overs considered performance mod? If so would I tell the company o have coil overs?

do you think its worth tuning the car if i just have a cai, no exhaust or anything just want overall a better running car would tuning it make a difference at all stock basically

Hey man I don't live in America and in my country there ain't any tuners who know how VQ's I have access to a dyno but no tuner. So i am asking if it possible to get an etune but instead of street pulls i use a dyno

Will this affect the vehicle from passing smog nowadays? i was looking into doing this but i just heard smog shops are now checking for flash tunes through the obd ports through bar ois
