Why’d they have to complicate this process the previous way of direct linking Archicad projects to Twinmotion was way easier and faster.

Is there a problem to do this with trial version of twin motion? I was thinking about buying the software, but my model is not visible after doing exactly what you did. So many people complaint about this same issue, where is the solution? Now I probably go back to efin Lumion.

I installed the data smith exporter bit at the end of the installation it never shows which of the ArchiCAD on my laptop

Finally ! someone has explained it the ACTUAL way it works. The Twinmotion / UE documentation is a mess and out of date... They don't tell you the actual steps.

I used to work at 24 Archicade. Now I'm at 26.
Now I can't install the Datasmith export plugin for Archicad 26. It says that the new version is already installed. And I can't uninstall it either - it's not in the system or in Windows registry.
Please, !!!!HELP!!!! :)

So where do you now set the minimum size for objects to be exported with Datasmith? I have objects in the size of 0.02-0.05 m which are important to me, however, are not included upon export.

I've actually followed these steps but the model does not appear in twin motion after syncronization? What could be the problem. I'm using Archicad 26 and twinmotion 21

How do you open an older Twinmotion fIle (2021.1 & Archicad22) to Archicad25 & Twinmotion 2021.1.4 ?
Instead of updating my older file when opening the new twinmotion.. it duplicates my work.. I have two buildings : the old one with all the modification and the new one with nothing on it.. see what I mean or not ? Thank you!

Whenever reopening the twinmotion file that has the Archicad project imported and then synchronizing it, all applied twinmotion materials and vegetation scatters are lost and have to be reapplied. How to avoid that?

this is the most rubbish add on in history. It doesn't even work on archiCAD 26 and when you use the datasmith export file it drops the 3D model 10km away from the origin point.
If i cant solve this i will move to Endscape as it has made ArchiCAD and twinmotion totally incompatible.
