just got the 22 footer @ home depot for $99 about 2 weeks ago and i'm very satisfied so far . i weigh 330ish and don't have any need to use it other than a stepladder or in "A" configuration . i do plan to make a shelf/box for the top to hold fasteners/tools etc. when i'm up on it . BTW, extended to it's max stepladder mode height it definitely feels much sturdier than the fiberglass 6 ft ladder we have .

So you need two sets of ladders to use the scaffolding or the scaffolding platform included in one ladder.
