I am so grateful for your advice and content. But I would say foetuses age super rapidly. Like those folks go from being a few cells to a full on baby in 9 months, they age rapidly

i was really confused i thought age like a fetus meant aging really fast 😭

I had four laser treatments, six weeks apart. The short term effects were nice - clear, glowing skin. However the long term effects, a couple of months after the last treatment - facial fat loss, saggy skin, deeper wrinkles, hollow eyes, pigmentation is back. Stay away from heat on your face!!

Damn right Doctor.I’ve been using vitamin C, Retinol, sun screen etc but when I stop it’s back to the old drawing board with all these products. There are no miracle cures out there, what works for my spots is a sustained, disciplined and a healthy routine with the adéquat products.
Great job Doc

Fetuses age really fast. They go from the size of a single cell to an entire newborn baby with lots of developed body parts in just 9 months.

I'm letting myself age naturally, just keep my diet varied and moisturise my skin.

There's nothing wrong with pigmentation, there's nothing wrong with skin variations, there's nothing wrong with wrinkles, and there's nothing inherently good, nor bad, about having perfect complexion.

You are amazing!! I love how honest you are and give people real, helpful advice instead of trying to advertise treatments as if they will cure everything. Your skin is perfect proof of how important sunscreen is, along with a lot of other things. You’ve taught me so much! ❤

Im 53 and Sadly i was a Sun worshiper my whole life even up until a year ago 🤦‍♀️ I am just now learning about skin care and wish i had a lot more $$ to help reverse damage from sun but also chronic pain, illness and chronic insomnia. I have a very small budget but with your videos im able to start with the very basics as of December. Face wash, essence, glycolic acid 3 times a week, vitamin C, moisturizer and sunscreen. Noticing a big difference in how soft my skin is but still dealing with a lot of sun, damage and melasma massive lack of collagen, but I can only do the best that I can now. 🤷‍♀️ It may be old wrinkled and damaged skin but at least it’s soft! Really do wish I could afford a facelift! Actually would love a revitalift by Dr. Amir Karam but we need to win the lottery first

I love this!!! I developed melasma when I was 29 and have been fighting it ever since. Finally got my skin tone even after working with my dermatologist for a few years… only to develope rosacea… thank you to my mom who had BOTH of these issues 😂 now we’re battling my rosacea and it’s starting to calm down. I’m turning 40 this year and before my skin tone was even I’d get “you’re what, like 40?” From strangers. Now I get “you’re too young, you’re what, 28-29?” From strangers! So yes!!!! Even skin tone

I love the appearance of natural skin with blemishes, sun spots and lines, also I love the look of her even skin as well! We all love our bodies differently ❤

It must feel SO good to say “40yo” with a zoom on your gorgeous skin! You look almost better now than at age 15. Bravo, Madame! 👏👏👏🙌

ah, wish i had an even skin tone but with my fun combo of really bad acne since 8, eczema and allergies, i doubt i'll ever get there - i have seen a derm about my acne but she told me to get a sunburn to get rid of the deep, red scars. haven't been back since, she's the only derm in my area x)

at this point i just put moisturizer on and hope for the best, i'm allergic to like all the good ingredients lol

You should also turn off the default filter of your phone camera.

Thank you so much for sharing what actually works to fix our skin. There is so much false information out there on products that claim to be the holy grail but have never been clinically tested or approved

I LOVE laser treatments. I only get 1 every 8-12 months now but they have improved my skin drastically. I do put the work in at home too but lasers go deeper for me and have made my skin tone so even like no other skincare product has ✨

Years ago I was told to Clean my face every night and apply rosehip oil. It works wonders, my face normally looks gross and dry. Rosehip made it so much more beautiful and moisturized.
