2) I would use $500, 00 to live off of until my interest payments are deposited
3) speaking of interest payments, treasurydirect has a 6 month T bill @5.5%, a 1 year T Bill @ 5.48%. They also have a 2 year Note @ 5%.
I will go with the 6 month bill. That $385, 000 a year or $192, 500 every six months. Remember, with treasurydirect you only pay federal taxes and no state taxes.

First, is to create a institution for the youths just leaving College/ High school in which they would be placed in the respective positions of their choice, this would take the form as on the job trainings for experience purposes, .
Secondly, to build a factory that would house those tallents for actual working, mainly in the field of crafts, technology and agriculture, this would be for both long or short term.
Thirdly, create a space where the elderly would be taken off the streets and places in an environment where they woul be cared for by the same institution that provide jobs for the graduates.
