Sometimes I wonder what Presidents of the 1800s would have thought seeing a Black family living in the White House. I know he has been president for four years now, and it's still kind of weird for me to see that, and it also makes me happy to know we as a people came a very long way. And no doubt there is still racism in this world, but I do believe it's a lot smaller then it used to be. Definitely a better place for my daughter to grow up in.
