Well the time different is here not age. If you think you are late change the strategy. Instead of investing 1 lakh only, invest 3-5 lakh after 30. Increase the amount not your age.

In our total investment should we consider epf, nps which gets cut before salary and post that you referred to 20% investment. Pls clarify
