Giant Water Snake Monster

a giant water snake spotted in the raquette river. well, actually its THE NIGHTMARE OF TAXPAYER MONEY spent on a water line project across the massena springs river that has taken almost two years to complete with a huge number of contractor mistakes and blunders. all courtesy of your local massena new york government.....a nightmare project for a simple water pipeline. LOL

@Waynne65 huge massena blunder!! when will it be finished? was suppose to be done a year ago! hmm next board meeting will a report be done saying its finished...??

@Richmunnich i just loved the effect of the high winds blowing the rope up and rope was a marker to tell constructrion people where water line is being drilled. a simple water line that has taken nearly two years to drill in massena at the cost of over 150, 000..from one end to this short river to other side....

@Waynne65 maybe next month it weill be finished! oh wait they have been saying that for over a year now at every monthly board meeting two meetings ago they laughed about it..and the fire chief stood up saying the unfinished nightmare of a water line has been no laughing matter..!!
