Singapore Fried Bee Hoon - With tomato ketchup and chili sauce as its sauce base, this fusion-style fried vermicelli dish is very popular here in Penang. The origin of its name is a mystery as you can't find this dish in Singapore.

Very painful to see you doing this in a saucepan! 😂 Use a wok!

This is realy unbelievable, Penang has the best chili sauce in the world and Kelly home cook (Chef is chef de cuisine, boss of the kitchen, you are just a cook) uses Maggi, what a disaster. The Penang brand is EAGLE and I use it in my kitchen for more than 55 years, it's delicious. Big thumbs down. By the way, it is Mee Hoon. I lived with Chinese people for more than 5 years, so I know how they say it. Mee hun or Mee fan.
