▶Ingredients for 48 sables
210g unsalted butter
Pinch of salt
100g powdered sugar
2 egg yolks
400g flour
Granulated sugar
*Divide the dough into 4 pieces equally (about 187g each)
▶Add the following ingredients
・Matcha green tea
5g matcha powder
10g powdered sugar
・Chocolate
8g cocoa powder
25g milk chocolate chips
・Vanilla
Vanilla extract
1 tsp flour
・Black tea
3.6g black tea - 2 tea packets
➢Method
Add salt and powdered sugar to the softened unsalted butter and mix with a rubber spatula.
Add egg yolk and mix it, and then add flour.
Bring the dough together and divide it into 4 pieces.
Add each flavour to each dough.
Place the dough in the refrigerator after wrapping it for at least 3 hours.
Put granulated sugar around the dough.
Cut the dough into 12 pieces.
Place them on a baking tray and bake at 165°C for 20 minutes.
