It was freaking good. The mechs were meaningful and iconic, yet they didn’t take the spot light. The main charecter was awesome. He was like a Mary Sue but had his flaws and even failed sometimes. The whole story was just full of good writing and the battle scenes were pretty cool to watch. Idk how they thought this anime was going to fail. It was well written.

You know it’s kind of funny for Code Geass being as good as it actually is and it is almost perfect and it is one of the best animes ever created of all time but whenever I talk to people it seems like almost nobody actually watches it and whenever I talk to a people that have watched it, they normally only give it praise and claim within like the top 10 greatest of all time. It’s just so weird how few people actually watch it even after you recommend it. I mean heck, I firmly believe it is so good of an anime immediately after you watch it every single anime becomes worse in quality because it’s so hard for them to stack up against it.

No, even though the series may not exactly planned like the way it happened. Zero requiem was already planned in starting of season 1.
In ep 5 when C.C. ask how would you defeat the whole empire with just geass. Lelouch played knight and defeated black king. And if you have watched Code Geass you should know what does they represents.
