I randomly decided to make this today, and not only was it delicious it was easy! I added some plant-based chick’n for protein and this meal is now going into my regular rotation 🙏🏽

I received my book around 5:30pm. It's the first recipe I've tried (the same evening). It's so easy to make and it's delicious!! Lemon in a pasta sauce, I would never though it would be that good!! We included cherry tomatoes, edamame (because I didn't have broccoli) and small peas.

Im worrrying how to make sure the peel is clean enough even if I washed it I just afraid of the pesticide and things like that were sprayed on the peel
