Hi, could you let me know which PC configuration you have? When I try to replicate what you are doing my software is very slow. For example, I cannot play at 8x speed, it gets choppy or stops. Could this be due to PC (mine is not bad, 8gb RAM, 1gb graphic card).

When I use export function it's very slow (like 1000 KB in 7 seconds). In your movie it's much more faster. Any idea?

When I open playback, on the left I see the device IP, but I can't expand it to see the various cameras under it. In live mode they all show and work, but in playback there is no way to expand the IP. I can't watch recordings, what's up?

1. please select one or more pending tasks!
or
2. ... failed to export .
either case it doesn't processing
