Geog 365, Isarithmic Mapping, Part 2

In the second part of this tutorial, I demonstrate how to use Spatial Analyst to create a raster surface and then contours of travel time data. Something goes wrong -- likely human error from punching in erroneous data at some point -- but the proof of concept remains intact!
