Release of GB 20 - Acupressure Point - Self-myofascial release of an acupuncture point called gallbladder 20 (GB 20 - Fengchi) can be very effective for tension headaches, neck pain, and shoulder pain. GB 20 is located on the nape, just below the occiput, in the depression between the upper portion of the sternocleidomastoid muscle and trapezius muscle.

Please help, having severe memory problems, visual disturbances, neck pain and head pain and stiff neck. Feel drunk not with it, as if I have restricted blood flow to my brain. Headaches, blurred vision, confusion. Been seeing an acupuncturist, he pushed in my g20 point really hard now I have severe balance problems and severe vertigo. It's been a living hell since christmas. I keep going to fall over to my right, G20 point pushed hard on left. Now affecting my ear. I cannot stand without going to fall over. Is there a pressure point for these problems. X
