Ever wonder what it’s like to attend a two-day snowmobile workshop with KLIM Backcountry Team athlete, Matt Entz, and stay at the Mountain Skillz lodge in South Fork, Colorado – complete with Entz family breakfast and dinner — Matt’s wife Jesse, with the help of their daughters, cook up some mean meals.
Bellies full, the experience starts with a quick stop at the couple’s on-site KLIM dealership for any forgotten last-minute gear, a quick check of the avalanche conditions along with a pre-ride safety pep talk and beacon check, before taking off to train in the backcountry and work on specific drills.
“I didn’t realize how much I was actually going to enjoy working with people and teaching them and how rewarding that was going to be,” Matt told us. “Helping people enjoy this snowmobiling experience more is what it’s all about and it really continues to drive me.”
