One powerful sign that you're experiencing a spiritual awakening which is something that I went through, is you will stop ATTACHING and trying to CONTROL your emotional state. You'll be living more from a space of consciousness and observation, allowing everything the way it truly is to be the way it is. This doesn't mean you don't get to create your reality, in fact you're able to FOCUS on what you WANT, while at the same time, not RESISTING what you don't WANT. This is a result of living as the OBSERVER which allows you to automatically be a CREATOR of your reality. Great video Ralph! The beginning of 2020 was very rough for me, I totaled my dream car, had a terrible concussion, and got fired from a job I worked hard at for almost 5 years. I had my first in 1978 and I had no interest in spirituality, I was in college and I only cared about smoking weed and girls lol..it wasn't a "breakdown" but it was a flash where I realized everything I though was true was a lie and my whole life which was mapped out just dissapeared and I started my spiritual path but yeah, depresioins, isolation etc. all happened but I was doing things physical laws couldn't explain so I started martial arts, Yoga etc..then I had a Kundalini awakening in 2014 so there are several awakenings or "quantum leaps" along the way. Nowdays I see very young children already awakened teaching us many things. They do go through depressions and breakdowns but they have no doubt following their heart and they come out awakened relatively simpler way.
