I was lucky enough to be in America in August of 2010 and walked into a Wal-Mart with a newly stocked Monster High section, as a creepy little spooky girl who also loved fashion dolls this was like my biggest dream come true💀✨ It was VERY rare for me to get dolls new, they'd ALWAYS have to be on clearance or a special holiday gift, but my parents could tell how much I clicked with these ghouls and knew they wouldn't be available in Canada for many months so I was able to get OG Lagoona🐟 From the minute I seen her on the box art I knew I wanted Clawdeen but she wasn't at this Wal-Mart. I didn't ask or expect anything but the next day when I woke up my parents said we were going to drive around to a bunch of stores to hunt for Clawdeen- I still get emo even thinking about it honestly😭💕 Sadly no stores had Clawdeen but my parents grabbed me OG Frankie so my Lagoona would have a friend🥹 Cut to Christmas of 2010 and Canada had FINALLY gotten Monster High dolls but sadly the same issue persisted and we couldn't find Clawdeen anywhere. I remember vividly sitting with my dad as he called all the Toys R Us's in a 5 hour radius and hearing them all say they didn't have any Clawdeens💔 I had basically lost hope of finding her, I even had this heart shaped photo frame I use to keep a picture of Clawdeen in, I was down bad💀 Anyways~ somehow, someway my parents were able to pull off the impossible and under the tree that year was my beautiful Clawdeen🥹 No matter how many dolls I own and no matter how many brands I adore my OG Clawdeen will FOREVER be my most favorite and prized doll, glue seepage and all💖

You’ve inspired me to get back into doll collecting I’ve loved monster high since I was a little kid but most of the dolls I had back then have been well loved (basically destroyed) so now I’m gonna start collecting them again I’m 14 now lol😅❤️

I remember that me and my parents were shopping at target and they let me and my brother roam around the toy section while they got groceries. I managed to reach up to a taller shelf attempting to get a barbie and I ended up grabbing a picture day draculara. Once my parents came back to grab me I asked with the politest tone I could muster if I could get her, they said sure. I also remember vividly opening her in the car (we left right as it got dark so the lighting wasn’t too good) and once we got home and I saw her in good lighting I realized that she was missing a hand. I was so upset that I started sobbing and hyperventilating uncontrollably, in hindsight, it was an autistic meltdown. I was diagnosed rather recently, so at the time my parents just thought I was being a kid and having a tantrum for no reason. Until ran into my parents room asking to go back to target to find her hand. (They quickly realized I was not gonna stop till I got her hand) And luckily for them it was right before the target closed. So my mom raced over to the target and we ended up exchanging her for the only other one of the doll they had. After vigorous inspection making sure she had both hands, I was content and my mom was just glad I finally stopped crying.

I was back into Monster High I think 5 years ago. I remember being back in the community thanks to youtube, it was really comforting to me to see grown adult still being fan of dolls. I went back into collecting because my parents sold almost the entire collection I had as a young girl, because I was "old enough"... Anyway I remember the day Monster High posted on there Instagram for the first time since G2 I was SO EXITED ! I remember the exact moment and honestly I think this announce changed my life. I was alreadyrecollecting a bunch of different franchise when Rainbow High came out, and then I fell in this fashionable hell wich is doll collecting even more.
I'm so grateful to the Monster High team for offering us so much. I cried several time thinking about how much Monster High teached more about humanity than anyone when I was young. I still have my first Monster High doll (Dead Tired Draculaura), and one of my favorite Moster High doll wich is 13 Wishes Gigi, they mean so much to me.
And lastly I want to thank you, Jay, for the passion you give us almost every single day. Thank you for being who you are and sharing it with so much energy and sincerity. I know that's weird but your video are just a sunlight in a rainy day <3

I still watch your old MH collection video where everyone’s on the floor all the time, so I was super pumped for this! You’re honestly a large reason why I made sure to get the Picnic Casket as my first dolls. I came really late to the franchise so I only have 5 dolls and an in-progess custom at the moment, but man do I dream of shelves like these. Iconic. ;)

Well, since they first came out, I fell in love with all of Monster High, but I couldn't bring myself to ask my parents to buy them for me, just looking from afar "was fine" so time went by and well, about 8 months ago I was watching Why do ghouls fall in love? and I thought "why not have a Clawd Wolf, I mean he's my favorite character" so I searched until I found one and bought it, and suddenly for my birthday my friends gave me a Clawd Wolf from the Sweet 1600 line and I was over the moon, and that wonderful feeling was the one that motivated me to get the rest of dolls that I wanted, I even made a list from which came 35 dolls that I really really wanted the most before having all the ones I want, and every time I receive a "new doll" it fills my heart of happiness, and at this moment I have 23 of that 35 dolls I wanted the most and I am very very extremely happy, I love Monster High!!🥰🥰🥰

Hey, to help you with all the dust, you could invest in an air purifier. I bought one for my room, and now I don't have a dust problem! You can get some really cute ones, and they are often automatic.

I started collecting monster high (and dolls in general) with g3. It was back in October and i was debuting a new drag/burlesque act as Bride of Frankenstein and i thought the Frankie doll was so cute so i bought one and it was like ripping off a bandaid and now i can’t stop buying dolls lol

I remember I didn't get into Monster High til roughly 13 Wishes, and my mum got me Twyla. I was so happy dispite her arm being stiff and wanted to get more.
I did get more.
And ever after high dolls.
I mainly collected Draculaura and black
One Drac I'm so sad I lost/ruined by siblings is the one that came with her car. I loved her even if it wasn't the actual Sweet 16 one. I will always love that Drac and Twyla.

I tried using oxyclean on my Skelita and it worked really well. I took her head off and soaked her head along with some EAH and after a few soaks they all have amazing hair. I found taking the head off the best method as it allows for glue chunks to come out

I hope they restock Reel drama and Creepreduction. Both of these did not reach to the Walmart near me. I remember when Monster high owned almost half of all most any store you went to. I loved this video.

I am from the U.K. & started collecting after M.H. disappeared/discontinued from our shops. I found most of my dolls from our equivalent to your THRIFT stores -! CHARITY shops. I have approx.100 MONSTER HIGH, (including WAY TO WONDERLAND & EVER AFTER HIGH from these marvellous emporia!

I have only had two monster high dolls with glue seepage. I don't know if it depends where I live or if I was just lucky lol but most my monster highs are gone sadly but I'm rebuilding my collection and I want all the ones I had as a kid!!

the dead tired set! </3 it was my all time fav, I got the box set of all the dolls when they were first released. God I had pretty much every single one ever released and gave them all away :(
