I cook the noodles in a separate pot, then transfer the noodles to a pan w some of the water and heat it to med-low, then add the packets and extra cheese 🥰

Please don’t cook your carbo noodles like this. So overcooked. 😂
Add 70% milk and 30% water boil ramen till it’s half cooked
Add seasoning packet and sauce.
Use diced cheese on top close it with a lid to help the cheese melt quickly so the noodles don’t get overcooked and serve ❤️

It’s kind of burning and stuck to the pan? I would take the noodles and sauce out as soon as the noodles are cooked and put the cheese on top in the hot bowl

The noodle is pretty much over cooked at that point, you can just cook the noodle in another pot and transfer it to the sauce

this is how i make it if anyone is interested. all you need is any meat/seafood/ vege of your choice (i prefer shrimp or chicken thighs), the samyang carbonara noodles & samyang carbonara sauce in the bottle (if you prefer more)
just season the meat to your liking, fry in some coconut oil (or any of your choice) till it’s about 90% done. set aside and in a new pot boil the noodles about halfway, (you can use the same pot for additional flavour, i just prefer the carbonara flavour to pop so i use new) add your sauce and powder and meat back in. make sure you have enough water so it doesn’t become dry. add extra sauce, close and boil till the meat and noodles is fully cooked through. im currently eating this with chicken thighs and it’s so freaking good.

a little tip is to keep the extra water (about 2-3 cups) once you’re about to add the seasonings in because it thickens up and even if it looks saucy, it will thicken up aloooot more once it cools. better than adding water later which will change the texture of the noodles.

You should add more water, cover the pan so the noodles can cook evenly, after they cook you can add the ingredients in the package and stir it. After that serve it in a plate and add cheese. I don't want to be rude but it looks inedible 😭 you can also add the ingredients while the noodles is cooking. Your way makes the noodles sticky, and it won't taste as appetizing. Plus keep a little of the noodles's water to have a shine <3
