1/2 cup chicken stock
2 TSB ground coriander
1 TSB ground cumin
Pinch cayenne pepper

I love that stuff. I like the spice choices you placed in the meat. Mine comes out a bit bland and I compensate that with lots of salsa and jalapenos.
