I know this is an old video, but I would like to thank you. Last month I passed my promotion board. I watched your videos, studied my MOI and I showed out at the board. I was complimented for my knowledge and approach to the situation and I would like to give you part of that success. I’ve watched your videos on repeat the past few weeks in preparation. Anyone who is reading this I would advise you to focus more on the board lessons 1SG (R) Stoker gives rather than the questions you may be asked. The 2 minute drill really is key as well as owning the board. The board has convened FOR YOU! The board members are taking time out of their day FOR YOU. Go in there with confidence and you’ll crush it!

Stoked! 1SG(R), just wanted to let you know I went to the board on Wednesday & passed. I wanted to thank you for the time & effort you put into your promotion board videos; I watched a lot of them. PS: unsolicited tip for those who want to be loud for the Creed- practice in your car by playing loud music & saying the Creed over the music. Also helps with doing it with distractions.

I went to the board last week and slayed it! I was told that they decided on my go before the questions even began. Knocked each question out of the park. I spent the summer listening to your videos but also reading and studying the regulations. I tailored my approach around the tips you gave regarding bio, composure and presence.
