✨Ingredients:⁠
1 loaf sourdough bread, sliced⁠
butter for bread
4 @shopredsun heirloom tomatoes, sliced
2 burrata balls⁠
3 ears of corn
Chimichurri Sauce (1 garic clove, 1 cup cilantro, 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar, 1 tablespoon lime juice, 3 tablespoons olive oil, 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes, salt)

Directions ➡️ Toast bread in a pan and set aside. Heat grill to medium high heat, add corn directly to grill and grill for 2-3 minutes per side until corn is slightly charred. Add all ingredients for chimichurri to food processor and blend until smooth. To a plate add heirloom tomato slices, torn fresh burrata, charred corn kernels and chimichurri. Serve with toasted sourdough.⁠
