I couldn't help myself. I just went down and threw Some tomatoes, garlic, pepper's in the oven with Olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary. I have some sourdough that I'm going to toast. I can't wait til it's done! The important thing is to have good Olive oil.
People think all this oil makes you fat, but not if you have good Olive oil, it actually helps you lose weight.

Your toasts always look so appetizing. This might be obvious but as I'm a "new-cooker" I think it wouldn't hurt to ask: When you toast the bread, do you put oil on both sides or just one as you show in the videos?
