Real Strawberry Lemonade 🍓🍋

Here's a refreshing spring/summer cafe or home cafe beverage for you, real strawberry lemonade! It's made with sparkling water and real strawberry puree and lemon juice. Not too sweet and the fizz will definitely refreshen you up haha

🌙 R E C I P E:
Makes around two (250mL to 300mL) cups

Ingredients:
- 200g strawberries (frozen or fresh is fine)
- 8g sugar
- 1-2 lemons (use 2 or more for more lemon flavour)
- sparkling water
- ice

Method:
1. Combine strawberries and sugar in a pot. Heat on low heat, mash and cook until strawberries become a syrupy puree. set aside to chill
2. cut 4 slices of lemon, squeeze as much juice as possible from the rest of the lemon(s). remove seeds.
3. to assemble, add strawberry puree, ice, lemon slices, sparkling water, and lemon juice. Mix before drinking!

If anyone of you don’t want to use the stove and have fresh strawberries, you can go ahead and mash the strawberries, add sugar, and let it sit until the strawberries release a lot of moisture and sugar is dissolved. Than move on the next steps for the lemon ^^

I am 10 years old and I am usually so bored during the day. When I grow up I have always dreamed of being a chef and I love helping my mom cook whenever she needs help. Anytime I can make something easy on my own, if it's a drink or a sandwich, I always love cooking or making food/drinks. The first video I found of your channel was the real strawberry milk video and I thought it looked so cool and I needed to try it. When I clicked on the video, I instantly ran to the kitchen, grabbing measuring cups, sugar, strawberries, just everything. As soon as I was done making the milk, it tasted so good. I was amazed how easy and fast it was and subscribed. Every single day I have been making one of your drinks and separating it into several glasses for each of my family members. Today I made the banana milk and it tasted so yummy! Tomorrow I am going to make this strawberry lemonade since it looks sooo good!
