Henry Ford Health System Provides Care Kits for COVID-19 Patients

As Michigan prepares for the worst of the Coronavirus pandemic, Henry Ford Health System leaders say it's important to remember most people who get COVID-19 get better and many who are treated in the emergency room may go home in a matter of hours. When they do, HFHS is sending them home with COVID-19 Care Kits.
