STAFFED CREPES the size of your finger ❗ How to make thin pancakes

Delicious thin staffed pancakes. Very tender and tasty crepes. Great for breakfast or a festive table. Can be made, frozen and used in the future (remove from the freezer, defrost and send to the oven for 10-15 minutes).
Ingredient List:
Cup=250 ml
Eggs - 3 pcs.
Sugar - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1 tsp
Milk - 500 ml
Flour - 280 g (1 + 3/4 cup)
Boiling water - 125 ml (1/2 cup)
Oil - 2 tablespoons
For filling:
Cottage cheese - 350-500 g
Vanilla sugar - 2 tsp
Sugar to taste.
Raisins to taste
Butter for greasing.
Into the oven for 10-15 minutes 180C (350F).
