Voicetone R1: Windows 10 doesn't recognise the device (Device Descriptor Request Failed) and therefore Voice Support doesn't list it

Thanks for this tutorial. Is there one on loading all of the presets? I gobbled I am missing some. Keep these coming for people like me who aren’t real tech savvy. This made the process seem easy to do so I feel confident now. Nice video!!!!

HELP! Please someone tell me how I can get version 1.2.02 on to my VL3 Extreme. It's a long story why I need this version and not the latest, but in order to get all of the functions I need to work I think this one would do it. This one works well on my VL3.
