Suggestion. Highly recomend taking it.
Get up early and run. Run like hell until you feel your chest exploding, your legs give out, and your mind tell you that your body can't possibly get up.

Then scream. Ugly scream, toss everything into that scream that is negative bad or just troubling you. In 10 seconds of screaming your body is going to go OKAY jeez I get it and be ready to walk or even run back home.

You are your greatest limit. This is how you begin to practice to push beyond your normal. ❤❤❤
