Sounds like this re-shores US manufacturing while using the most advanced battery technology in the world from CATL Win-win for sure. Approval should be obvious.

Better hurry. CATL has desirable battery technology today but there are new types coming. The moving target is speeding up.

china most likely won't allow catl to setup factory in US and most likely ban export to US as well
