Because it cost the amount of a house for gas in 2022, I’m dusting off my 05 gsxr600 and its been at least 5 years since ive rode it....I haven’t even tried to start it, but I’m sure this video will have come in handy. thanks for the simple explanation and instruction.

I caught Co-Vid Monday this week. Had Ben riding regularly. Topped off gas last sunday. Today, Saturday I couldn't start my bike, a Yamaha MT-03, 2021. Same sound and inability to start. Less than a week and I wasn't expecting any trouble. Seems h's like I Will need to same process. My thought was either not enough air off not getting gas. Thank you for sharing!!!

I'm giving this a shot tomorrow on my Z400, so shouldn't be drastically different from this 300. Same thing, stored three months over the winter, didn't use fuel stabilizer (I've read so much positive and negative info about it, some say it does more harm than good for certain things). Ruled out battery, plugs aren't readily accessible until I tear down a bit under the tank, however new plugs were installed 6000 Km ago last summer. Fingers crossed it's the injectors needing to be unstuck, and I can get everything back together ok. This is first time doing this type of work, I've let the dealership handle it until now (31000km on the Z). I've done my own oil changes, removed rear wheel, etc...

same trouble with my yamaha mt25..
i have check the firing, fuel pump, also cleaning the throttle body..
i'll check for the injector now

I have a 2013 Kawasaki Ninja 300 have the same problem that you just displayed I'm going to try what you did and I hope it works. I believe it will. I have the same problem I let it sit for the winter after I wrote it hard and tried to start it 3 months later would not start, it would idle but once I tried to get gas it died

Could you not just spray car cleaner down the fuel hose after lifting up the tank? Would that work?

That random thing on top of the battery is the relay box

Can this test be done without removing the injectors from the throttle body? Was able to get the electrical plugs off of the injectors but It’s a pain to remove the fuel rail

whas it running at all in the start or did it run porely..?? did a rebuild on my ond engine engine starts but as soon as i pull the throthle it stalls at 2000rpm and then picks up and revs...and runs poorly too....
