I think you’re helping my mom right now actually. My dad had agent orange and we’re not getting any money, he had prostate cancer AND pancreatic cancer, but we’re getting no money because they don’t believe he got cancer from it.

Wish your firm was closer. My dad was exposed. Had many health issue as do I since I was born many year's after. They finally claimed he was full blown agent orange 2 weeks after his death but refused to give my mother his wife of 24 year's any help. Both children have degenerating bones and other issue's but VA refuses to see us here in GA

Is copd considered a presumptive condition under agent orange? I served in Vietnam, in many areas throughout the country in 1964. The VA has supplied me with "Spiriva" (a inhalint) for many years as a treatment for copd. Could I possible be covered under the new act?

In addition I am VA 80% disabled for a number of orthopedic conditions brought about by my service. I have just recently become aware, by way of your YouTube ads, that I could also have been covered under Social Security Disability, for the same conditions?
