What I think will eventually happen to this new wish. It will come a time where the listed characters for a player will line up to be all not owned or at low constellation. Thus making it more effective on the long run.

Or the other way the listed characters are of no significance and the player is just needing one of the listed weapons.

You have to be lucky I spent over 48k primos or 308 pulls just to get Eula I’m fortunate enough to get her. Remember you need to have 300 or higher to be lucky
