The homeless girl didn't have to die what is wrong with new York city, there should be eyes at all times on homeless people mentally ill people as much as criminals from major to minor criminals. I'm tired and over hearing the person who committed crimes from injuring other people to killing people are mentally ill, just to get out of going to jail. And be released on the streets again hell no! This person here needs to stay in jail for the rest of his life he has no place in society let him get the help he needs in jail. A person knows what they are doing if they are causing harm or killing people, i don't want to hear the devil god or someone else told me forced me to do it, if the other person is screaming cursing walk away let the other person look crazy unless they keep at you and hit you strike back in self fense or call the police to arrest them or put them down. Stay in the jail throw away the key, no excuses no excuses whatsoever.
