Winning Time: 9.8 something.

By Fred Kerley.

You’re so right about Kerley! My only thing about him is his acceleration is terrible this year. Christian Coleman has been looking amazing this season and that trials final was clearly a one-off. Did you see that lead leg of the 4x100? There was a very deceptive stagger where those in the lead were not obvious, but CC was ahead on that lead leg, and seeing his training early season, I strongly feel he’s in 9.7 shape, at worst! I feel he’s gonna win this race!

Again, people are underestimating Tebogo

Coleman is hard to beat in these one offs, check his history.

Tebogo just beat all of them while celebrating with 15 metres to go. Still did 9.87

Shame we don't get to see more of Kishane. This got me thinking.
Could this be linked to that Michael Johnson's Grand Slam Track league?
It's unlikely but if his absence is due to injury, it would just suck.
Kishane probably out for the rest of the season I guess. Noah ended his already. Sydney rarely runs it seems(makes history everytime she runs tho)
Letsile is the opposite, he's a roll and running a lot. I hope he can perform, running this often might hinder his perfomance, he's in the zone right now. Can't wait

I don’t know if I would agree with the Coleman statement that dude is only 28 years old lol which I understand can be old and track years, but I think he still has enough time to come back

After Bolt broke up a new dimension, we are back at 9.80 sec

Kerley does not impress me, Coleman is faster

Kerley is still in form still, when it comes to speed & I wouldn't be surprised if Jacobs pulls off a SB.
Nice warm, dry, evening on a good track n we could see em both in the 9.70's. Both of em have Olympic season spill over speed left in em, especially Jacobs.
Tebogo is a bit burned out.

Coleman with no Olympic hardware sucks.

My Picks
Coleman(Gold), Letsile or Fred for either Silver or bronze in no particular order, then we have Omanyala or Blake then Marcel

Kishane is the next Asafa Powell. Always injured and chokes when it counts.

Letsile Tebogo's PB is NOT 9.86 but 9.83 which he set when he won silver in Budapest world championships behind Lyles time of 9.79
